General

All suites have balcony, bath / WC, TV set, radio, refrigiator, safe and soft bathrobes. All prices are per person and day Including gourmet board. The suites are laid out only schematically, deviations are possible but without any change of cost.

Visitor's tax

2,20 EUR per person and day exclusive (from 15 years).

Arrival:

Your room is free from 4 pm.

Departure:

To be able to provide the rooms for the arriving guests in time, please vacate the room until 10 am (or according to prior agreement)..

Reservation/Prepayment

Reservation is considered obligatory provided a prepayment of Euro 30% from the whole price (according to duration of you stay) is made. The payment must be made within 7 days of reservation.
We recommend to executing an insurance policy to cover cancellation of the journey.

CANCELLATIONS WINTER 2020/21

According to § 5 Withdrawal from the Accommodation Agreement. The cancellation charges will be resolved without exception. 
* 30 days before arrival no cancellation fee, € 50.00 fix cancellation fee 
* 29-21 days before arrival 50% of the total amount of travel 
* 20-14 days before arrival 70% of the total amount of travel 
* From 13 days to 1 day before arrival 100% of total amount of travel 
* No Show 100% of the total amount of travel

Allowed, EUR 15 pro pet and day

Payment:

Cash, Visa, EuroCard (MasterCard), Maestro, A/D/NL.
We charge + 3% on any cash payment.
