General Information.
Advance payment:
After your booking we ask you for an advance payment of 30% of the package price by transferring the amount in question in € free of charge (bank details above). The advance payment serves as cancellation fee, unless you cancel in due time or have taken out a travel cancellation insurance according to insurance regulations. Otherwise the regulations of the Austrian Hotel Associations apply. Court of jurisdiction is Landeck. Place of fulfilment is Ried.

Short breaks:
If you stay less than 3 nights a supplement of 10% is charged.
If you book accommodation and breakfast €10 are deducted.
Access to room:
On your arrival day you can access your room from 4.00 p.m. onwards. On departure day we ask you to vacate your room by 10.30 a.m.
Means of payment:
We accept payment by cash, bank card, maestro (please check your limit).
Pets: on request only, €15 per day without food. Please understand that your pets may not access our dining halls, the spa and indoor pool facilities. Please bring your own dog blanket or basket.
Hotel Cancellation – European Travel Insurance
CANCELLATION POLICY as per the Austrian accommodation contract:
- Until 30 days before arrival € 50,00 cancellation fee
- From 29 to 21 days before arrival 50 % of the total amount
- From 20 to 14 days before arrival 70 % of the total amount
- From 13 days to 1 day before arrival 100 % of total amount as well for No Show
- Reserved, undetected wellness appointments will be charged with 70 % of the amount.
Bookings with Safety:
As a special service and to protect yourself from cancellation fees you can take out a cheap TRAVEL CANCELLATION and INTERRUPTION INSURANCE (valid for stays of up to 31 days). The insurance includes cancellation, interruption of your holidays, late arrival to the booked stay, additional costs of involuntary prolongation of your stay and search and salvage costs.
