Arrival and departure:

Check-in from 04.00 p.m. Check-out by 10.30 a.m.

Baby equipment:

Please book the baby equipment when booking your room. Your room will then feature a changing pad, a bottle warmer, a nappy bin and a kettle.

Baby monitor:

Please report to our reception desk between 07.30 a.m. and 10.30 p.m. All our rooms feature baby monitoring. The telephone in your room serves as transmitter and we will program the call to your personal mobile which serves as receiver.

Bathing and sauna towels:

Bathing and sauna towels for your visit of our pool and our wellness area are ready for you in a convenient beach bag in your room.

Bathrobe:

Bathrobes for adults are in the beach bag in your room.

Flowers:

You can order flowers at our reception. We ask you to let us know your wishes 24 hours ahead.

Bookings:

In our booking confirmation we ask for a 30% advance payment for each room of your booked package. Please transfer the money to our account at Vorarlberger Volksbank, Filiale Bludenz, 6700 Bludenz. Guests from Switzerland can make the advance payment in Swiss franc to our account at Volksbank Liechtenstein. CHF are exchanged according to the exchange rate of the day on which we receive the payment on our CHF account.

We ask you to understand that we cannot guarantee that you will get a certain room number.

Jungle Camp:

Our Jungle Camp – one of the highlights for children – is a softplay facility on two floors and offers different playing equipment. Climbing and romping about is on the agenda! The Jungle Camp is open to children from 6 years of age, daily from 07.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.

Jungle Water Paradise:

The water paradise for children is open daily from 09.00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m.! Different pools for children featuring attractions and a 120m-long indoor water slide await water babies.

Meal times:

• Breakfast: 07.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.
• Lunchtime snack: 01.00 p.m. to 02.00 p.m.
• Afternoon snack: 03.00 p.m. to 04.30 p.m. in Summer | 03.30 p.m. to 05.00 p.m. in Winter
• Dinner: 06.30 p.m. to 08.30 p.m.

Bicycle rental:

Mountain bikes can be rented at our neighbour’s – H2O Adventure – at a charge. Bicycles can also be rented at the Ried campsite. The latest electric bikes are available for rental at Sport Burtscher.

Fitness room:

Our gym is open daily from 07.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. It features various Technogym equipment for power and endurance training. Our latest acquisitions include a treadmill from the Excite professional line and our VARIO – a new combination machine by Technogym.

Dogs:

For your dog we charge € 15,00 per day. Dogs are not allowed in the dining hall and the pool/spa area. Please bring a dog basket or blanket.

Internet connection / WLAN:

Since summer wireless LAN has been available in the bar and in the rooms at a charge. Hourly and day tickets are available.

Childcare, entertainment & babycare:

Care for children and babies from 6 months is offered at the Mozart Kinderclub from Sunday to Friday from 09.00 a.m. to 09.00 p.m, just on hourly basis after you have spoken with the childcares (not during Kids Club dinner and lunch time from 12.00 p.m. to 01.30 p.m. and from 06.00 p.m. to 07.30 p.m.). Trained childcarers will lovingly look after the youngest ones. Older children from 3 years can enjoy an exciting playing, fun and entertainment programme.

Meals for children:

Supervised dining for children takes place at 6:00 p.m. at the Kinderclub.

Massages, baths and beauty treatments:

Our wellness team await you daily from 09.00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m. at the Mozart Vitalclub. Check our beauty brochure for the large selection of massages, baths and beauty treatments available.

Non-smoking hotel:

Please note that the entire hotel is a non-smoking zone! Only in the smoking lounge smoking is allowed.

Resort tax:

€ 2.20 per person and day – no resort tax for children up to 15 years.

Travel cancellation insurance:

Safe:

Your room safe can be used for storing your valuables. You can also bring your valuables to the reception for storage in the hotel safe.

Sauna area:

Relax in our main sauna area daily from 11.00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m. The sauna for women is open daily from 04.00 p.m. to 07.00 p. m. Our indoor pool features a “Bibisauna” for children – it is open daily from 04.00 p.m. to 07.00 p.m. and can be used with swimming clothes (textile sauna).

Indoor pool:

Opening times: daily from 07.00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m. Please note that the indoor pool is a resting area for adults. Children can enter the indoor pool area with their parents but must respect that it is a rest area. For romping about, splashing and swashing our young guests should use the jungle water paradise that features many attractions for children.

CANCELLATION POLICY as per the Austrian accommodation contract:

• Until 30 days before arrival € 50,00 cancellation fee
• From 29 to 21 days before arrival 50 % of the total amount
• From 20 to 14 days before arrival 70 % of the total amount
• From 13 days to 1 day before arrival 100 % of total amount as well for No Show
• Reserved, undetected wellness appointments will be charged with 70 % of the amount.

Solarium:

Our solariums are in the wellness area. Coins are available at the reception (€8 per coin, approx. 15 minutes).

Squash court:

Open daily from 07.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. Your room key gives you access to the court. Book the squash court (€ 4,00 / half-hour) at the reception. There you get squash rackets and balls.

Tennis court:

You can use our Top Court tennis court free of charge. Please book the court in time at our reception!

Underground garages:

Three underground garages can be used for free.

Water slide:

Our water slide is a highlight for children. With 120m it is the longest indoor water slide of a hotel in Austria and it is in operation daily from 04.00 p.m. to 06.00 p.m.

Payments/bank accounts:

Your hotel bill can be paid either cash or by debit card at the reception on the evening prior to your departure.  Please use the following accounts for advance payments or transfers before your arrival:

Newspapers:

You can order a daily paper of your choice at the reception desk. Your private copy will then be ready at your breakfast table. The newspaper is charged to your room account.

Room account:

To avoid delays on your departure day, you can pay your bill after your dinner on the day prior to your departure. You can pay either cash, by bank card or credit card (except American Express).
